SERIES

Series is talking about self-aquiantance, self-knowledge, body invastigation. Totally self-acceptance. The main principal for self-aquiantance is to do that on all of the levels:

spiritual, emotional and pysical. Body is our connection to the reaity, material world.

Stress and any experience affects the body first of all. If you look at the paintings (from the first piece to the last) you'll see the transformation the person gains from the time she/he begins to take care of her/himself, her/his body. What path does the person take, what disappointments and, on the contrary, pleasures faces. And finally reaches that acceptance and blossoms.

The series found a little bit transformed senses after the war in my country. It's highly important to touch the body and remind yourself "I am here. I am" just to stay in the reality.

Серія " На відчуттях" про знайомство з собою, самопізнання, дослідження

свого тіла. Головний принцип самопізнання - це дослідження на всіх

рівнях: духовний, емоційний та тілесний. Тіло це наш зв'язок

з реальністю, матеріальним світом.

Стрес та будь-який досвід має високий вплив в першу чергу на тіло.

Якщо подивитись на роботи (з першої по останню), то можна побачити трансформацію, яку проходить людина з того часу як починає давати увагу собі, своєму тілу, приймати. Який шлях вона проходить, з якими розчаруваннями та навпаки задоволеннями вона стикається. І нарешті досягає того прийняття та розквітає.

Серія трохи трансформувала свої смисли з початком війни у моїй країні. Але я не перестану повторювати, що давати увагу тілу потрібно при будь-яких обставинах. Торкатись себе та нагадувати "я є. я тут" аби залишатись в реальності.
